EXCHANGE & RETURN POLICY

We strive hard to give you a great customer experience each time you shop with us, but if something isn’t right, We are here!

 

Conditions For Exchange/Refund:

  • Please note we have a 10-day return policy.
  • Product must be returned in its original condition along with the Invoice, Labels, & Tags.
  • Refund will be generated through original mode of payment only in case of a manufacturing defect subject to inspection by our team.
  • Exchange of Product can be done for a Different Colour, Size, Completely Different Style

 Procedure For Exchange/Refund:

  • To Raise a Exchange/Return Request drop us an email at cutelady.dadar@gmail.com within 10 days of delivery. Our Customer Care team will Help you with the Process.
  • Kindly attach the Invoice, Product Image & Product Tag with the Email. If you have purchased multiple products kindly mention the Product ID on the email to avoid confusion.
  • Once you receive a confirmation for Exchange/Return you can ship it back to CUTE LADY on the address provided by us.
  • Upon undertaking quality test and inspecting the product, we will inform you about the decision with respect to acceptance or rejection of the products within 2-3 working days of receiving the product.
  • If Refund is initiated will be generated through original mode of payment.

International Orders -

  • No Exchange & Refund on Orders Shipped Internationally.
  • All International Orders are Pre-Paid.

 Miscellaneous -

  • In case of a conflict in any terms of Returns and Exchange Policy, the decision of CUTE LADY shall be final and concluding, and you irrevocably withdraw your right to make any claim or demur on this ground.

List Of Non-Exchangeable & Non-Returnable Products-

  • Products purchased during Sale/Discount period shall not be eligible for Exchange or Refund.
  • Damaged, Used & Washed Products will not be eligible for Refund or Exchange.
  • Altered Products shall not be eligible for Exchange or Refund.
